What is massage therapy? Massage involves manipulation of the soft tissues of the body.
Professional massage is often used for stress relief, relaxation, pain management, and to improve overall health and wellness.
Massage offerings include Swedish & relaxation, deep tissue, trigger points, prenatal, face and scalp, and light/gentle pressure.
Hot stones, cupping and aromatherapy are all included in your customizable service time.

Hot stones are an excellent tool to add to any massage or reflexology work. The heat helps to quickly loosen muscles, increasing circulation, relaxing every ache.
Essential oils are used through inhalation and added into massage oil for skin contact. Aromatherapy effects the body and emotions, enhancing your treatment to deeper levels.
Massage cupping uses suction to lift, hydrate, and separate adhered muscle tissues. An excellent tool for deep muscle knots, helping bring things to the surface to be released.

This treatment is all about the feet. You may remain fully clothed with just socks off if you desire to only do Reflexology by itself, or you may include it into your full body massage. Essential oils, castor oil, and shea butter are used to promote healthy skin and take your relaxation experience to the next level. Hot stones may also be used. Reflexology is wonderful for both the physical and energetic aspects of releasing stored tension in the muscles as well as spiritually grounding. Clients with any kind of foot and ankle aliments have reported significant improvement in walking and pain relief immediately upon getting up off the table after their treatment, sometimes lasting up to a week or longer. Whether looking to reflexology for emotional or physical relief, you receive benefits of both those aspects and leave feeling much better than when you came in. Let the feet do the talking!
Every foot reflexology session begins with a 10 minute Epsom salt foot soak. Get your pick from a few different scents from Dr. Teals Epsom salts. A foot bath is filled with warm water with some natural stones at the bottom, which are meant for your feet to play with, as this helps in stimulating the nerves on the bottoms of the feet. In addition to salt, an herbal pouch of dried lavender, eucalyptus, and chamomile is added to the water. These herbs are known for their relaxation and healing properties and are absorbed through the feet. Rich in magnesium, Epsom salt breaks down in water to release magnesium and sulfate ions that can be absorbed through your skin during the foot soak. Epsom salt soaks alone, for either feet or whole body baths, has many amazing benefits! These include muscle relaxation, pain relief, reducing of swelling and inflammation, improving circulation and blood flow, relaxation, antimicrobial and antifungal properties for general bacterial reduction. The perfect primer for efficient treatment of the feet!
What is Crystal Reiki? This holistic modality is considered energy work, using the natural science of crystal healing combined with Reiki healing for rebalancing of the body’s subtle energy system such as the Chakras and Aura. This results in deep relaxation and calming of the nervous system that stress is constantly putting out of whack. Reiki offers treatment of inviting vital life force energy into the body, and crystals, with their perfect geometric and symmetrical molecular structure, help to enhance this healing energy.
Chakra balancing is the main focus of all energy work. In holistic healing, it is believed that the human body consists of 7 main chakras, or wheels or energy centers going up the spine. When these are out of balance, we experience disease, discomfort, and blockages to healthy flow of our mental, physical, and emotional states. Working on clearing, healing and rebalancing the body's chakra energy system back into healthy balance and maintaining it is the goal. Chakra balancing work is performed during crystal reiki work and/or guided meditation.
Sound healing is another powerful tool that can be used within the energy work of crystal reiki sessions. Introducing intentional sound with certain vibrational frequencies at the body has the ability to cause releases at the energetic and emotional, and sometimes physical levels. This helps bring the body back into balance. Sound healing tools include tuning forks, singing bowls, bells, rattles and music.
Delve into the depths of deep relaxation with this guided meditation. Sometimes we need some assistance with quieting the mind so that we are able to reach peace and stillness. This assisted meditation offers one to fully relax, and connect to their own inner peace, which can result in powerful release and healing. Meditation may be used throughout any of the services, whether requested or as Rebecca feels is needed.
Remote Crystal Reiki treatments are available. These treatments are still focused on chakra balancing just like in person sessions. A body layout proxy is used as a focusing tool to place crystals and conduct healing to the client receiving the treatment. Photos of the crystals used in your layout will be sent to you after. This is a live appointment just done at a distance.

Become a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Courses are offered online and in person. All information presented to you though the online course is the same you'd receive if you were to do it in person. The Reiki Attunement process is conducted through video, and is still just as effective. Once you become certified in any form of Reiki, you have Reiki for the rest of your life. We offer the forms of Usui and Sun Reiki Certification Courses.
Join us in person for classes and workshops. These are offered by request and a few times throughout the year. These workshops cover spiritual and self improvement topics such as manifesting with the law of attraction, introduction to crystals and crystal grids, cord cutting, and other energy work topics. Have fun as a group and leaving with empowering knowledge and sometimes a gift!
